As a family-owned business, they take pride in their commitment to providing consumers with a limited, controlled, and high-quality supply of wagyu beef. Their cattle are raised with the utmost care and attention, ensuring that they are healthy and happy throughout their entire life. Brant Lake Wagyu uses only verified Wagyu genetics from their Wagyu bulls, resulting in beef that is of superior quality and taste.
Their commitment to animal care and nutrition is evident in their beef production chain. Their Wagyu are grazed on grass pasture from May to November, free from growth hormones or animal by-products. They understand that healthy animals result in a premium beef, and they take pride in their commitment to quality.
Their sustainable grain diet is fed to the cattle for up to 730 days, ensuring that they are content and comfortable with no overcrowding, monitored every day, and provided with fresh water and bedding.
